The General conditions of sale detailed below apply to all orders placed with La Centrale Vapeur for all products and services offered unless otherwise agreed in advance.
This General terms and conditions are systematically propose taking in account that all customers should know them. Accordingly, taking an order implies the full and unreserved acceptance of the buyer to these general terms and conditions of sale.
1st Article: The Price:
Our prices are indicated in Euro and all taxes are included:
La Centrale Vapeur may modify its prices at any time but commits itself that the products are invoiced based on the actual prices at the time of registration according to the availability on this date and its effective Payment.
La Centrale Vapeur strives to guarantee products of constant quality and consequently reserves the right to delete an article on its site or to suspend its deliveries if it judges that is quality is not sufficient. These modifications, suspensions or deletions of an article, cannot give rise to any compensation except the refund of the undelivered order.
La Centrale Vapeur can offer punctual promotions to its clients. Promotions are offered on fixed dates and on limited stocks. “La Centrale Vapeur” reserves the right to process order paid by credit card as a priority and to cancel sales reserved check in case of non-receipt within 7 days.
The products remain the property of La Centrale Vapeur until full payment of the price.
The total price indicates on the order page is the global price. This price includes the price of the product, the cost of manufacturing, packing and sometimes shipping.

The orders made by post must absolutely be dated and signed. In case the order as part of a promotion, the postmark on the envelope shall prevail.
All the past orders remain subject to La Centrale Vapeur’s acceptation, which reserve the right, in certain circumstances and on justified reasons to cancel the orders.
After the order’s process, “validating” indicate the complete acceptation of the order, as well as the present general terms of sale without any reservations.
The client is informed as soon as the order taking or just after, of the availability or the delay of the delivery of an ordered product. Under no circumstances, La Centrale Vapeur can be hold responsible for the delivery time (time separating the delivery from the shipping) longer than expected once the package is handled by the selected carrier.
The proposed articles by La Centrale Vapeur are described with the greatest exactitude possible. Art.3. The preparation of your order.
Every order made before 2pm will be able to be treated, prepared and sent the same day if the stock can allow it, from Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
For your sake, our shipping have to be delayed relative to the indicated date during the order according to the climatic conditions or information of perturbation on the postal network.
La Centrale Vapeur is committed to respect to the maximum the delivery dates that you have chosen and to inform you of any changes of the delivery date as much as possible.
When the order is containing several different delivery dates, La Centrale Vapeur can be brought to sent you either in several deliveries following the deliveries dates indicates or in one delivery.
Article 4: The Transport of your package
Each order placed before 2pm can be processed, prepared and sent during the day if the stock allows it, from Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays)
Delivery times are indicated in working days on the product page.
For orders over 40€ the shipping method is “Colissimo Acces”, delivered WITHOUT signature required. A signature discount is available as an option for an additional 1€. This option is available when selecting the carrier.
Shipment with an receipt confirmation by the recipient is automatic for abroad shipment. Delivery times or foreign countries are between 4 and 10 working days.
Whatever the chosen shipping method (except simple letter), we will provide you as soon as possible a link which will allow you to follow online the delivery of your package. Your package is shipped at your own risk, of course exceptional care is taken to the package containing fragile products.
For a “gift” or “delivery address different from the billing address”, we recommend you to check in the “delivery” section the details of the person to contact to perfectly carry out this delivery.
In case of the absence of the recipient at the time of delivery:
Delivery by private transporters: the delivery person must contact the delivery person on a mobile or fixed telephone confirmed by the sponsor at the time of the order. Without any reply, the deliverer will identify the best solution to finish the delivery in the best conditions and leave a notice of passage.
In case of the recipient absence the parcel will be taken back to the post office, la Centrale Vapeur cannot be held responsible for the final quality of the delivery in the recipient delays to withdraw his parcel from the services concerned.
The customer agrees to provide to La Centrale Vapeur an address, a telephone number and an available email address where he can be contacted.
Home delivery in 24-48 hours- delivery time for your package usually noticed by your carrier – by Colissimo
The Colissimo service is working during normal delivery periods except on Sundays and public holidays. Deliveries are guaranteed from Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. The delay of 48h max is the delay observed without disturbances on the postal network.
Article 5: Delivery costs
The information given by the customer at the order, commits it. In case of mistakes or incomplete information in the recipient contact details wording, La Centrale Vapeur will not be held responsible of the impossibility of delivering the order in the delay indicated during the order.
If this lack of information lead to a second presentation of the recipient, La Centrale Vapeur may need to ask the customer to pay the charges for this second delivery.
The shipping expenses includes the packaging, the handling and the postal costs. It can contain a fix part and a variable part according to the price or the weight of your order. We advise you to group up your purchases into a single order. We cannot ensure you that we will be able to group up two distinct orders into one, and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them.
The shipping costs are included only for the stated countries.
For the products with shipping costs included, we will appreciate if you tick the corresponding box during the creation of your order, after identifying yourself and your contact details, for the shipping costs choose: free delivery!
No shipping costs repayment shall be granted on products with free delivery included if you don’t tick the corresponding box.
Art.6. The zones and costs of deliveries.
La Centrale Vapeur assure that the delivery of its articles according to the following criteria:

Art 7. The guaranties
Besides the legal guarantee against the latent deflects, La Centrale Vapeur guarantee the deficiency of the products in the following procedures:
In case a client notice a flaw in the product, he has 14 days starting the reception of his product to sent it back to La Centrale Vapeur. To be entitled of a guarantee, the client must address at his own expense at La Centrale Vapeur, the product alongside the warranty jointed with the product and its bill unless otherwise agreed by La Centrale Vapeur. La Centrale Vapeur will then return to own fees, at the address indicated on the warranty, a new identical product or the repaired product.
The guarantee on the vaporizers is assured by la Centrale Vapeur. To be entitled of this guarantee, the client must obligatory address at his own expense the defective product and only the product (do no sent the accessories) alongside the bill. The manufacturer or LaCentraleVapeur.com will returned at its own expense, to the client, at the address indicated on the warranty, the repaired products.

Art.7.1. The return
Exercising the legal right of withdrawal.
Beyond the legal delay of retraction of 14 days, no products can be returned with the prior agreement of La Centrale Vapeur.
During the legal delay of retraction, the products must be returned in a perfect state of resale with their original packaging, presenting no sign of utilization. If not, all the costs related to restoring the products will be charged to the client.
The shipping prices for the re-shipping at the customer’s expense
You will dispose of a legal delay of 14 days counting the reception of the order in order to cancel and to re-sent us the reception of the order in its original state. The repayment is done according to you either in coupons or in monetary value by bank transfer or Paypal (Paypal’s coasts are deducted if you choose to pay with Paypal).

Article 8. Delivery incidents:
Any complaint concerning the number, content and the state of the packages must be notified to the carrier on the delivery note and be communicated to us within 7 clear days off reception of the parcel La Centrale Vapeur, 74 rue Sedaine, 75011 Paris
If the complaint cannot be notified at the time of delivery to the carrier, you have a period of 3 clear days to send a registered letter to the carrier to report his complaint.
For the follow-up of a possible complaint file, the Customer Service may ask for a copy of the mail addressed as well as the copy of the acknowledgement of the reception.

The methods of payment accepted by La Centrale Vapeur are the following ones:

-Cash, when you pick-up your vaporizer or any other product in our shop / showroom

A discount ticket or a voucher can be use only once. La Centrale Vapeur reserve the rights to refuse the use of a discount ticket or voucher which expiry date is passed.
Article 9.1: Bank transaction
Online: Secured transaction thanks to the Bank payment system (Secure Socket Layer).
When you enter your bank details you are directly put in contact with the payment host of the Bank.
La Centrale Vapeur will not know you credit card number and it will not be recorded on the server.
Furthermore, every exchanged information with the Bank Le Crédit Agricole IDF are encrypted thanks to the SSL protocol and can’t be intercepted or modified. At the end of the transaction, and before going back to the retailer’s website, the electronic payment will present you an electronic bill, resuming all the payment elements and the result of the demand for the bank authorization (Transaction accepted or cancelled).

Article 9.2: Protection of the customer paying via credit card.
To guarantee a total safety when you purchase a product, La Centrale Vapeur is introducing all the necessary process to protect you against the fraudulent use of your credit card.

Litigation: in case of litigation or complaint, the client will, at his or her own convenience, contact LaCentraleVapeur to obtain a friendly solution, or may refer the matter to the court of first instance or the court of his choice as permitted by Law.
